We provide free consultation for your event. We will meet with you personally to answer any questions you might have concerning our services. In addition, this is when you will get to know us.

We will skillfully put together your wedding reception event planner sheet incorporating your instructions and ideas. This includes event timelines, music selections, seating arrangements, and event flow.

Contract. If you decide to use us, we will go over your contract. This contract is provided to protect you as well as GMW Productions from any misunderstandings that might arise. We keep the language easy to understand.
